About Discover Gandhi

The Discover Gandhi is a joint  initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). Discover Gandhi Portal and App is an open platform designed to bring together students, teachers, teacher educators, researchers,  historians, and educationists. It provides opportunities to explore the life and deeds of Mahatma Gandhi, his philosophy, principles, and values in contemporary context with the following objectives:

• Explore Gandhi’s life and philosophy
• Curate and disseminate resources on Gandhi
• Encourage dialogue on Gandhi’s life, deeds, values and beliefs
